Weld seams need to be checked reliably. The RISS-CHECK system from RVK makes surface cracks visible after welding and complies with DIN EN ISO 3452-2. It consists of three components: cleaner, penetrant and developer. Together they reveal even the finest cracks on metal surfaces. We also supply technical sprays used daily in welding operations. From release agents to zinc spray and aluminium spray for corrosion protection and post-treatment of weld seams. Most products are available from stock and shipped directly from Germany. RISS-CHECK Set
The complete 3-piece set for crack detection to DIN EN ISO 3452-2. Includes cleaner, penetrant and developer. Makes surface cracks on weld seams and metal components visible.
RISS-CHECK Cleaner
Step 1 of crack detection. The cleaner removes contamination from the surface before applying the penetrant. 650 ml can, 500 ml content, to DIN EN ISO 3452-2.
RISS-CHECK Penetrant Red
Step 2 of crack detection. The red penetrant penetrates even the finest cracks and makes them visible after developing. 650 ml can, 500 ml content, to DIN EN ISO 3452-2.
RISS-CHECK Developer
Step 3 of crack detection. The white developer draws the penetrant out of the cracks and makes them clearly visible. 650 ml can, 500 ml content, to DIN EN ISO 3452-2.
