Welding: RvK release agent for inert gas and manual electrode welding. Prevents nozzle encrustation and spatter burning on workpieces.
Metalworking: RvK release agent is used for drilling, milling, turning, and thread cutting, increasing cutting force, improving breakage risk, and speeding up the work process. Smoother surfaces, more precise tolerances, better threads, and shorter service life are achieved.
Plastics processing: RvK release agent is an excellent release agent for processing in cold and hot tools. Molded parts obtain perfect surfaces. A single spray results in several perfect separation processes. Even complicated tool surfaces obtain an evenly thin release film with minimal spraying time. Tools should be cleaned of residues before spraying. The RvK release agent is silicone-free, so that subsequent treatment of the injection molded parts, such as printing, painting, metallizing, etc., is possible.
